Curious about how equine-assisted learning can help you build awareness and confidence on your journey towards purpose and wellness? In partnership with horses, you can learn about mindfulness, authenticity, and compassion. Science has shown that when humans offer their hearts to horses, their heartbeats synchronize. You develop a close and intimate connection with the horse based on trust and respect. Horses are teachers of life skills and they lift us up no matter the challenges we face.  We provide a safe, inclusive, and healing space for participants to have guided interactions with horses that facilitates mindfulness, explores metaphors, and mirrors your life experiences, personal growth, and self-discovery. This group workshop takes place in a round pen where you partner with horses to build both personal and professional skills. Horses exemplify and encourage authenticity and confidence. ​ No prior experience with horses is needed. All activities with horses are guided by certified, experienced facilitators on the ground.
