Horse Painting: Creative Expression and Connection
DATE AND TIME

10:00 AM – 3:30 PM PDT
LOCATION
Tabula Rasa Ranch
Sebastopol, CA
DETAILS
Step into a powerful, creative experience where horses become a living canvas for deeper awareness, expression, reflection, and connection. Symbolic imagery inspires intention and meaning making. Explore the profound bond between humans and horses through the art of painting. Throughout the session, you will be encouraged to remain aware of your own inner state, your partner’s experience, and the subtle cues of the horse. Rather than focusing on the outcome, this experience centers on the process of intuitive expression and mutual trust. You are invited to observe and respond to your horse partner’s body language with sensitivity and presence. Using non-toxic, washable paints, each brushstroke becomes an act of listening, feeling, and communicating without words. Create an embodied expression of your healing journey and connect deeply to another being who holds space and reflects it all back without judgment. What to bring: Openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be vulnerable. What you'll leave with: A deeper sense of presence, trust, and connection - to yourself, your partner, and your horse guide.
