DETAILS
Join us in honoring Earth Day through mindful movement, reflection, and connection with nature. This special event weaves together a sound healing meditation with singing bowls, a mindful nature walk, restorative yoga, and mindfulness practices. As you immerse yourself in nature, you’ll be invited to engage your senses and cultivate presence. Enjoy a deeply relaxing yoga practice and sound bath with meditation that encourages reflection and gratitude for the earth that sustains us. Combined with the healing qualities of nature, these experiences become transformative. Set within the peaceful landscape of the Ranch, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect deeply with the natural world, yourself, and community. Together, we will plant new seeds in the form of intentions, practices, and relationships that support authentic growth. We will begin with sipping tea and setting intentions in our journals. Together we will take a mindful walking meditation around the ranch, awakening our senses to the sounds, textures, scents, and beauty of the surrounding plants and wildlife. Returning to our circle, we move into a guided yoga practice inspired by nature—swaying like the trees in the wind, grounding our feet like deep roots in the earth, and breathing in the vast openness of the sky. Our facilitator, Rachel Diaz, specializes in adaptive yoga for all bodies and abilities. To close our circle, we will experience a healing sound bath and plant seeds of intention, symbolizing growth, care, and our commitment to nurturing both the Earth and ourselves. This workshop is open to all. No prior experience with yoga is needed. All exercises are designed to be accessible and are adaptable for every body and ability. Come as you are and leave feeling restored and inspired to care for both yourself and the planet. We invite you to slow down, connect deeply with nature, and nourish your well-being.
